Who I am

With over 15 years of experience as a fitness professional, I've had the privilege of witnessing countless transformations and helping individuals unlock the potential within their own bodies.


As I entered my 50s, I realized that my passion and calling had evolved. I felt a deep desire to focus specifically on empowering women over 50 to embrace strength, vitality, and resilience as they navigate the natural changes that come with aging.


I understand firsthand the unique challenges that women in their 50s face. From osteoarthritis and hormonal imbalances to changes in bone density, I've been there. I know what it's like when our bodies don't quite feel the way they used to, and I'm here to offer support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.
